Il s'agit, pour l'entreprise, d'assurer une prise en charge d'excellence à ses collaborateurs expatriés ou en déplacement à l'étranger, en cas de problème de santé.The goal for the company is to guarantee excellent care for expatriate staff or those travelling abroad, should a health issue arise.
Une hospitalisation à l'étranger peut s'avérer particulièrement stressante, surtout si les standards de soins locaux suscitent des doutes. Nous avons accès à un réseau mondial d'hôpitaux et de prestataires de santé assurant des soins d'excellence, et assurons le lien durant toute l'hospitalisation, jusqu'au rapatriement si nécessaire.Hospitalisation abroad can be particularly stressful, especially where local standards of care are in doubt. We have access to a worldwide network of hospitals and healthcare providers delivering excellent care, and we maintain the link throughout hospitalisation, up to repatriation if needed.
Certains collaborateurs peuvent se trouver particulièrement isolés, tant sur le plan social que familial. Bien que le service de santé au travail soit souvent le premier relais, sa capacité de prise en charge peut être restreinte face à une situation à l'étranger.Some employees can find themselves particularly isolated, both socially and personally. While the occupational health service is often the first point of contact, its capacity to respond can be limited when the situation unfolds abroad.
Nos IDEST (infirmiers diplômés d'État en santé au travail) sont mobiles et peuvent intervenir directement sur site — domicile, entreprise, ou tout autre lieu selon le besoin. Selon la situation, nous pouvons aussi mobiliser un assistant social du travail ou un psychologue du travail.Our IDEST (state-registered occupational health nurses) are mobile and can intervene directly on site — at home, at the workplace, or wherever needed. Depending on the situation, we can also bring in an occupational social worker or a work psychologist.
